Dear Ernest, Dan, Patsy, and Tuval
I am writing to thank you for making my first auto purchase a relatively painless process. I got a car I love and can depend upon (my Saab 9000 turbo) at a more than reasonable cost. Due to the nature of my work- I drive about 25,000 miles per year- It was important to me that the vehicle be a Saab- the combination of safety, longevity, performance, winter tractability, and "character" are unavailable anywhere else. Special thanks to Ernest for getting me financed- not and easy thing to do for a your person with no co-signer. I felt that this was understood from the beginning and yet you still spent considerable time and effort to get me a bank approval.
Most of all, I appreciate the honesty about the car I have purchased. My Saab is not new, and you were clear on this, In an unusual and most professional manner, I was informed of any misgivings my car had and any work that it might need in the near future. I was even provided with a competent Saab mechanic where I can repair my vehicle at reasonable costs.
It is after dealing with Mega and the "little house in the woods" that I can say wholeheartedly that I will not hesitate to purchase my next faithful Saab (most likely more than a few years from now) from you when the time comes due. Until then, I will greatly enjoy my red Saab and the time I spend driving it. Thank you again.
